1. Who we are

The website is operated by Timur Takabayev, a private individual who develops Family HQ (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at privacy@family-hq.app.

2. What the website is

The website describes the Family HQ app, which is still in development and in closed testing. Descriptions, screenshots and illustrations show how the app works today or is planned to work. Features, design, availability and release dates may change.

The people, names and situations shown on the website are fictional examples.

Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, a promise to deliver a particular feature, or a contract for the use of the app.

3. Launch waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and voluntary, and does not oblige you or us to anything.
• You must be at least 18 years old and may only enter an email address that belongs to you.
• We will use your address only as described in our Privacy Policy, mainly to tell you when Family HQ becomes available.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to privacy@family-hq.app or by using the unsubscribe link in our email.
• We may close the waitlist or remove entries that break these terms, for example addresses entered automatically or without the owner’s consent.

4. Prices and plans

Information about free and paid plans on the website is preliminary. The final features and prices will be shown in the app and in the app stores at the time of purchase. Purchases inside the app will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

• submit forms automatically or in bulk, or enter other people’s email addresses;
• try to bypass the bot check, overload the website or interfere with its operation or security;
• try to access data or parts of the website that are not meant to be public;
• use the website for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The name Family HQ, the logo, the texts, the design and the illustrations on the website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other copying, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

The fonts used on the website are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. No warranty

The website is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or the waitlist.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published; your continued use of the website after that date means you accept them.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator lives, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply to you. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
